Q: Is there same day shipping?
A: Orders Received by 3pm ET will ship the same day. All other orders will ship next business day.

Q: What are the payment methods available?
A: We accept all Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Credit Cards.  
 
Q: Are supplies available for my scanner model?
A: Yes, basic supplies are available for purchase via the ordering website. If you need something that isn’t listed, contact Order Support at (844) 202-8432. Please be prepared with your scanner serial number located on the bottom of your scanner so we can better assist you.
 
Q: Who do I contact if I have scanner and software issues?
A: Please contact your bank to trouble shoot your issue. They will be able to direct you to the correct support team depending on the issue.
